Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our estimate form, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from TopCoat about your estimate request. Specifically:

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Expect messages related to scheduling and your quote.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only by TopCoat to respond to your request.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate:

Our CRM (VidLead / GoHighLevel): stores your contact details and project information so our team can follow up
Vercel: hosts this website and processes form submissions
Meta and Google: receive advertising and analytics events, described below

We also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show ads to people who have visited this site. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies and may collect device and browsing information.

You can opt out through Meta ad preferences, Google Analytics opt-out, or your browser's cookie settings.

Data retention
